Abstract
Road congestions caused by accidents generate serious national economic damage. It is a rightful demand of the civil society that the necessary investigation on the site of a road traffic accident should be over in the shortest amount of time, removing the holdup. This study undertakes the task to uncover the factors deciding the amount of road congestion, and also to make suggestions to minimize the time of road congestions caused by traffic accidents.
